Founder & President
Jason Hersh is a disabled U.S. Air Force veteran, strategic leader, and Founder & President of JEH Consulting Services. With 25 years of experience building technology and operational infrastructure, Jason has an uncommon ability to see where systems break — and exactly how to fix them.
That capability was forged in real conditions. After Haiti's catastrophic 2010 earthquake, Jason relocated to Haiti full time, living there for seven years while helping build three businesses from scratch with no supply chain, no infrastructure, and no room for error. Among them was HERO Client Rescue, which today serves as the primary EMS provider for the entire country — air, ground, water rescue, and international evacuation.
Jason continues this mission as the volunteer Executive Director of HERO Foundation, Inc., a U.S.-based nonprofit that fundraises for and supports HERO Client Rescue's operations in Haiti.
